Bringing HoLEP surgery to Shelly Beach Hospital in July 2026- Dr Bugwandin spent a day training local urologist, Dr Tanaka Muzenda, who will now offer this advanced option for managing BPH, at Shelly Beach Hospital. Men living down KZN’s South Coast, who cannot easily reach our practice for assessment and surgery, can now access modern technology closer to home.

Dr. Santosh Bugwandin is recognised as South Africa’s most experienced HoLEP surgeon. Having trained internationally in 2014, he has performed hundreds of these procedures with excellent results.
